Gaston Anglade was one of the artists before the impressionists who has painted the marvelous Crozant Valley.
He was well known and liked for his "rose mist", a mix of heathers color and light of the dawn that surrounds his paintings.
A great serenity feeling emanates from this painting.
Sold framed (but its old frame needing a restoration).
