The rights of presentation, dissemination and reproduction of works displayed on the we-art-together.fr site (and its extensions) belong to WE ART TOGETHER
Its authorisation is required for any exploitation of said rights. Therefore, your rights in the purchased work are limited to the right of private use, excluding any rights of presentation and reproduction.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT
All of the elements displayed on the site, as well as the site itself, are protected by copyright, the rights of trademarks, drawings and models, and any other intellectual property rights pertaining thereto. The term “elements” designates, without being limited thereto, photographs, pictures, drawings, illustrations, texts, videos, logos, trademarks, models, software, etc. They belong to WE ART TOGETHER, and are used with the agreement of their owners.
In that regard, any reproduction, presentation, utilisation, adaptation, modification, incorporation, translation or marketing thereof, either in whole or in part, on any medium (paper, digital, etc.) is prohibited without prior written authorisation, apart from the exceptions specified in article L 122.5 of the Intellectual Property Code, on pain of liability for infringement of copyright, drawings and models, and/or trademarks, punishable by two years of imprisonment and a fine.

WE ART TOGETHER has reason from time to time to collect personal information – for example, processing of orders, creation of an account, subscription to WE ART TOGETHER’s newsletter, questionnaires regarding your tastes and particular areas of interest. The information you transmit to us may be computerized in order to process your file, secure payment, ship the ordered work, and set up commercial actions. This information is not transmitted to third parties.
DATA SECURITY
The personal data you give WE ART TOGETHER are stored in secured servers of our hoster, L’annexe Web, (apart from banking data). Access to said data is protected, and is confined to recording and processing of your orders, statistical operations for improvement in our services, and execution of services such as the sending of newsletters, warnings.
When you pay for an order on We-art-together.fr, you enter your banking data directly on BNP Paribas’s secured server. Your banking data are encrypted (SSL technology, Secure Socket Layer). They do not circulate in clear text on the internet, and cannot be intercepted. WE ART TOGETHER has no knowledge of your banking data. The security of your payments is also signalled by the HTTP Secure protocol - Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) – that you will see appearing in the url field.
RESPECT OF PRIVACY
In accordance with Act n° 78-17 of 06/01/1978 as amended in 2004, any data collected other than your names, postal and electronic addresses will be used only for management purposes or to meet legal and regulatory requirements. Information emphasized by an asterisk in our data collection forms is mandatory for the processing of your order.
